We recently lost my Dad & literally can not thank both Carl & Jenny enough. As they couldn't have done more to make sure everything was absolutely perfect for dad's funeral. They literally were our strength when we needed them to get us through such an heart renching time, right from them coming to our house to collect Dad, visiting him in the Chapel of rest, organising the military parts of the service that we wanted, all the way through to returning Dad's Ashes to us. Very caring and warm, Jenny was lovely and very approachable, nothing was too much. On the day of the funeral everything went as well as could be expected, all the staff are very professional,and the funeral procession was flawless from start to finish. We lost our two, dear dogs, Max and Sprocket within 6 weeks of each other and both times the service we received was second to none. Jenny was compassionate and caring when picking both boys up and nothing was too much trouble. They were taken to be cremated and we had them back with us in less than a week. Absolutely wonderful in every way, although they were pets they were treated with the same care and dignity as if they were people. Thank you Carl and Jenny for looking after our boys on their final journey and bringing them back home to us.

I arranged the funeral of my late uncle. Karl and Jenny were amazing through the whole process, including dealing with the company who incorrectly collected him!!! They listened to everything I asked and nothing was too difficult for them. The care of my uncle was second to none. The service was everything my uncle wanted. The intering of his ashes was arranged exactly when and how I wanted. The redesign of the headstone - his wife was waiting for him to join her - was discussed in depth and will be a very fitting memorial once complete. I would recommend Chatteris Independant to all.
